The AI Coach is a tinnitus-focused tool. Regardless of subscription tier, all interactions are constrained to tinnitus and related health topics. The AI Coach will not engage with off-topic, abusive, or inappropriate requests — this is enforced by design, not at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke AI Coach access — without refund — if a user is found to be systematically attempting to circumvent these constraints, generating harmful content, or using the feature in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Unlimited access means no query cap. It does not mean unrestricted scope.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. All sales are final. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
